> By Commissioning me you agree to these terms.> Payment is upfront and I send invoices through Paypal only. Your place on my commission list is secured only once I have received the full payment.> As for the Cancelation/Refund, if the project is already on process and the Sketch is already submitted and you decided to cancel, only 50% will be refunded. I can only Issue a full refund if I haven't started working on your request at all.> Expect commission to atleast one month to fullfil, 2months at max. If you're in a rush, I may not be the artist for you, I cannot take on rush commissions. If you have a deadline in mind, pls commission me in advance.> Do not attempt to manipulate the design or color of the final piece.> I retain full ownership of commissions. Designs are for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced for commercial use unles discussed otherwise.
